This is a small marketing site for a single land offering. It is deliberately simple, and so is what it does with your information.

What we collect

Only what you type into one of the two forms on this site — the inquiry form and the brochure request. That is your name, email address, telephone number, and, where the form offers them, the parcel you are interested in, whether you are a buyer, agent or builder, and any message you write.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, anything more.

Why we collect it

To send you the brochure and market evidence, and to answer you. Luke Chadwick or someone at Snowbird Hollow Road LLC will contact you about Vesper. We may follow up more than once while the offering is open.

Your details are not sold, rented, traded, or passed to any builder, lender or list broker.

Who can see it

• Snowbird Hollow Road LLC and the people working on the offering.
• Netlify, which hosts this site and receives form submissions on our behalf before emailing them to us. Netlify acts as our processor and holds the submissions on its servers.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It loads no advertising pixels, no social media trackers, and no third-party analytics scripts. Nothing here follows you to another website.

Two small exceptions worth naming honestly:

• If you dismiss the "coming soon" prompt, your browser remembers that locally so we do not show it to you again. That preference never leaves your device and is not sent to us.
• Our host counts page requests from its own server logs — how many visits a page received, the country and referring site, and which files were requested. This is aggregate and measured on the server; there is no script on the page and nothing that identifies you personally.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept while the Vesper offering is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. We remove them on request.

Removing your details

Email info@vesperfranklin.com or call (615) 905-1913 and ask. We will delete what we hold and confirm that we have. You can also ask us for a copy of it, or to correct it.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this changes — if we add analytics that sets cookies, for instance — we will update this page and the date below before doing so.
